The Final Verdict

The good thing about both the Breville Juice Fountain Duo and the Breville Juice Fountain Elite is that they have a large chute which reduces prep time and they work very well on a wide range of foods. We loved that the juice and smoothies were still cool, a very important feature for us. We also appreciated that they were both very easy to use and clean up afterward. On the downside, they both struggled to extract all of the juice from big leafy greens like kale.

We chose the Breville Juice Fountain Duo as the better centrifugal juicer. It is more expensive, but we felt that the range of speeds did make a difference. What really impressed us was the puree blade, allowing you to make delicious smoothies, purees, and baby food, so it’s a much more versatile juicer.
