Breville BOV800XL

With this oven, there are 10 functions. You can toast, bagel, bake, roast, broil, pizza, cookies, reheat, and warm. If you are looking to slow cook your meals, there is a setting that allows you to cook for up to 10 hours.

As they advertise as having a broil function, they will need to have to power to reach these temperatures.

It was a very difficult choice but, in the end, we chose the Cuisinart TOB 260. There were several things that were too similar to notice a difference. All of our recipes turned out exceptionally well in both convection toaster ovens. The controls and capacity were also the same, and the price was similar.

We decided on the Cuisinart TOB 260 because it came with a few extra functions and we felt the dual cooking was very clever. There were also more accessories and the recipe book gave us some inspiration. The 3-year limited warranty was the final advantage for us.
