Both the elf Holy Hydration and the Happy Hydration are free of sulfates, parabens, and phthalates. They are also vegan and cruelty-free products.

The hyaluronic acid helped give off a plump and bouncy look by locking in all the moisture inside of my skin and retaining water. Peptides increase the production of collagen to give off a glowing and youthful look. Vitamin B5 helped calm down my skin and hydrate and moisturize it at the same time. Niacinamide, which is essentially Vitamin B3, promotes the brightening of skin, evening of skin tone, and reduces your skin’s texture. Squalene also helped in promoting elasticity of my skin.
e.l.f. Happy Hydration
This moisturizer’s main ingredient is the hemp seed oil, which is rich in antioxidants and helps nourish and moisturize your skin. Niacinamide, or B3, helps in locking in moisture and boosting hydration of your skin. Vitamin B5 soothes your skin, and Hyaluronic acid also helped in further hydrating and moisturizing your skin. My skin looked more revived, awakened, bouncy, and healthy after using this moisturizer.
Winner: The elf Happy Hydration, as it contains hemp seed oil, which is the main and most important ingredient when it comes to boosting the health of your skin.

The Holy Hydration does contain a slight fragrance, which added a bit of a sweet touch to my skin.
e.l.f. Happy Hydration
The elf Happy Hydration is a fragrance-free moisturizer.
Winner: The Elf Happy Hydration, as moisturizers containing fragrances, causes breakouts and irritates the skin.
Value for Money
These two skincare products are essentially drugstore products and have more or less similar prices. Although the eld Happy Hydration has a price slightly higher than the Holy Hydration, it contains the most important and essential ingredient to moisturize and nourish your skin. The elf Happy Hydration, given its benefits, will give you a better value for money.

Final Verdict: Which e.l.f. Face Cream to Choose?
I would recommend the elf Happy Hydration as it worked better at moisturizing and making my skin glow. It was also fragrance-free and did not result in my skin irritating or breaking out.
