The Final Verdict

There are two things that we should mention first. The KitchenAid KSM1APC and the KitchenAid2APC are the attachments only, they don’t come with the mixer stand. Also, it is worth noting that it is important to place the fruit and vegetables on the skewer correctly, as per the instructions. A lot of people felt that the blades were not effective, but this could have been down to not securing the food properly.

There were a number of things that were exactly the same and therefore didn’t impact our decision. The materials and quality of the blades were both fantastic and we knew that we had sets that would last the duration. We loved the storage box. It was also of good quality and not just a last-minute extra from KitchenAid.

Like anything new, it took us a couple of attempts to master the technique, but after that, we felt the KitchenAid KSM1APC and the KitchenAid KSM2APC were both effective and easy to use. Today’s winner, by a very close call, was the KitchenAid KSM2APC. The extra money was worth the additional blades and we felt that it really did make a difference to what we could do with the set.
