Pressed juices are very commonly consumed by individuals, young and old, these days as a way of boosting their health and immunity. Pressed juices that are ready-made may have added preservatives in them, which goes against the idea of consuming organic fruit and vegetables. It is due to this that many individuals, included, prefer to press their juices through an electric juicer.
Two of the widely known juicers that I tried out were the Omega NC900HDC, and the Omega MM900HDS. These juicers look similar and have a few features that are the same. However, they also have distinct and unique attributes that make them stand out. The following review will have a side by side comparison of Omega NC900HDC and MM900HDS juicers and will be highlighting their features and drawbacks based on our personal experience.

Similarities between Omega NC900HDC and Omega MM900HDS
Take a look at the similarities between these juicers.
Speed and Juice Shelf Life
These cold press juicers have one speed, which is of 80 RPM (equivalent to 2 horsepower). Compared to other cold press juicers I have used, the speed for these is comparatively slower. However, these devices have been designed to have a slow speed to prevent heat build-up during the juicing process which may get rid of any nutrients or enzymes present in the fruit/vegetables being juiced. This also prevented the juice from oxidizing or separating, and our juice tasted exactly the same even after 72 hours of storing it!
Noise Level and Pulp Ejection
Both of these juicers are quiet and work smoothly without any loud noises. This is something that I really liked as loud processors or juicers can be quite annoying, disturbing, and tend to give you a headache. The process of juicing is carried out smoothly in these devices as the pulp of the fruit/vegetables is automatically ejected, to prevent any hiccups or delays. This speeds up the entire juicing process and saved us a lot of time as well.
Differences between Omega NC900HDC and Omega MM900HDS
Design and Size
Omega NC900HDC
The design of both of the 2 devices is quite similar, given that they are from the same brand. However, the Omega NC900HDC has dimensions of 14.5 x 6.5 x 15.5 inches, and a weight of 13 pounds, which makes it slightly lighter than the Omega MM900HDS. Given its weight, it was portable and we could easily carry it around from one part of the living area to the other. The juicer has a masticating style of extraction and an auger system that forces the fruit into a tight chute to press and squeeze out the juice. This juicer was specifically designed for wheatgrass and leafy items, but we also used it for nut butter and baby food, which turned out perfectly fine and great in taste.
Omega MM900HDS
The Omega MM900HDS looks almost exactly like the Omega NC900HDC. With dimensions of 14.5 x 6.5 x 15.5 inches and a weight of 17.11 pounds, it is slightly heavier than its competitor device and a bit bulky. We weren’t able to carry it around and had to keep it firmly in one position only. This device has a cold-press juicing technology, and a dual-stage masticating extraction process to make sure you yield the maximum amount of juice from your fruits, and nothing goes to waste. This device was specifically designed for celery juices and comes with adjustable celery end cap attachments to make sure there is zero wastage.
Winner: The design of the devices does not matter, and both have distinctive features. However, the Omega NC900HDC is portable and easy to carry around and thus the winner of this category.
Wattage and Pressure Settings
Omega NC900HDC
This juicer had wattage of 150W, which is the standard for most juicers. It also has 5 different pressure settings that we could use and adjust accordingly.
Omega MM900HDS
The Omega MM900HDS has wattage of 200W, which made it slightly more powerful and durable. It comes with 3 different pressure settings that we could adjust and use accordingly.
Winner: Tie. One device has an upper hand on the wattage, whereas the other has it on pressure settings.
Accessories
Omega NC900HDC
Accessories that came with this device were six nozzles and a juicing screen.
Omega MM900HDS
The Omega MM900HDS came with a variety of accessories that we experimented with. These included a juicing cone, a juice bowl, a cleaning brush, two adjustable end caps, and a pulp bowl.
Winner: The Omega MM900HDS, as it gave us several accessories to experiment with and widened our options.
Value for Money
Both of these devices have similar features, as well as a warranty period of 15 years. However, for a lower price, the Omega MM900HDS will give you higher quality features, and thus, a better value for the money.
