Not only are these griddles fantastic because they’re Cuisinart, but they come with six cooking options. You can either grill or griddle on them. Additionally, you can do half grill and half griddle at the same time. Also, you can do a panini press or top-melt. Obviously, you have lots of options for making delicious food, whether it’s breakfast or dinner.

Both the Cuisinart Griddler Elite and Deluxe have amazing surfaces. Each item has two surfaces of 120 square inches. However, if you use both surfaces simultaneously, you get 240 square inches of cooking surface, which is more than enough to prepare a whole meal.
Adjustable Temperature
What’s great about these griddles is that they have the option for you to adjust the temperature of the cooking surface. As many know, this is important to avoid burning your food. Plus, you can choose different temperatures for each surface. Now, that is a fantastic feature.

The model with a bit more features, the Cuisinart Elite, is also more expensive. There is a reason for having to pay $200. Not only will you get amazing features like the many functions, but you will also have an LCD display and a timer. Indeed, these are nice touches from Cuisinart.

It’s the end of this review, and it’s time to settle the debate of which griddle is better. They both have fantastic features like the timer, the ability to grill and griddle at the same time, or to be able to set different temperatures for both cooking plates. Nonetheless, when the price is included in the equation, the winner will have to be the Cuisinart Griddler Deluxe.
Not only is it cheaper, but you also don’t need the LCD display if we’re real. Plus, you will know when the meal is ready without the need for a timer to tell you that.
