5.8 Quarts XL-sized Container

The Innsky Air Fryer XL and Cosori Air Fryer Max XL have a container with 5.8-quarts capacity. You can easily fit in 5 to 6 pounds of a whole chicken which is more than enough for the whole family. If you do not have a party always with you, the Cosori Air Fryer Max XL has a smaller variant with a 3.7-quart capacity.

Design and Interface

Design and interface influence the user experience. Unlike other cooking appliances, the Innsky and Cosori air fryers have a square design instead of a circle one. Having a square container has one huge advantage over the latter – a larger surface area for more cooking space. Another similarity both air fryers possess is an LED digital touch screen for an interface. Their interface is used to select the cooking preset and adjust temperature and time. Although their designs and interfaces are nearly identical, the Cosori air fryer is available in more colors than the Innsky one. The Innsky and Cosori Air Fryers both have automatic shutoff functionalities.

Adjustable Temperature and Time

Food cooks at different times and temperatures. Fortunately, both the Innsky and Cosori Air Fryers have a wide range of temperatures and time you can set. Temperatures can be adjusted from a minimum of 180 degrees Fahrenheit to a maximum of 400 degrees Fahrenheit. You can even preheat these air fryers as they have a preheat function. Steaks need a little longer to cook. That’s why Innsky and Cosori have adjustable time up to 60 minutes. As food is not always eaten right away, having a Keep Warm option is best for this scenario. Luckily, both the Innsky and Cosori Air Fryers have Keep Warm functions.

Innsky vs COSORI Air Fryer – Differences

Available Cooking Presets

Cooking presets make cooking simple and easy even for an inexperienced cook. The Innsky and Cosori Air Fryers have a different number of available cooking presets.

Innsky Air Fryer XL

The Innsky Air Fryer XL only has 7 cooking presets, unfortunately. But it does not mean that it has limited kinds of food you can cook with it. It only means that beginner cooks will have a harder time cooking with it. Common kinds of food such as steak, chicken, shrimp, seafood, fries, vegetables, bread can be cooked with the Innsky Air Fryer XL. Lastly, the Innsky Air Fryer XL has a 360-degree circulation for even cooking. There is no mention of whether the Cosori air fryer has this or not.

COSORI Air Fryer Max XL

These cooking presets are as follows steak, poultry, seafood, shrimp, bacon, frozen foods, French fries, vegetables, root vegetables, bread, and desserts. Non-Stick Coating

The Innsky Air Fryer XL and Cosori Air Fryer Max XL both have a non-stick coating on its container. But where do these air fryers differ?

Innsky Air Fryer XL

The container of the Innsky Air Fryer XL is both dishwasher-safe and BPA-free. If you intend to buy an air fryer for health reasons, being BPA-free is a required must. Their non-stick coating can keep food (particularly fish) from sticking to the container. This will help with cleanups a lot easier, in addition to being dishwasher safe.

COSORI Air Fryer Max XL

Cosori Air Fryer Max XL also has a dishwasher-safe and BPA-free container. The difference-maker here is it being also PFOA-free. Since air fryers can reach temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, it is important to be also PFOA-free. When cookware does not have this certification, it may pose a health risk to you and your family. This is exactly why the Cosori Air Fryer Max XL takes this category.

Included Recipes

Since air fryers are relatively new to most cooks, the included recipe booklet is important to have as it can help them use the appliance properly. Additionally, a recipe booklet also can tell you the extent of their functionalities.

Innsky Air Fryer XL

Unfortunately, the Innsky Air Fryer XL includes a recipe booklet with only 32 recipes inside. Its fewer cooking presets may have something to do with this low number of cooking recipes. Again, the internet can help you try out more recipes for air fryers.

COSORI Air Fryer Max XL

The Cosori Air Fryer Max XL stomps the Innsky with its recipe book that includes 100 different recipes. All of its recipes are original, delicious, and (most importantly) easy! If 100 recipes are not enough, you can always consult the internet.
